Washington. The complex consists of two 10 unit apartment buildings
with ample parking in between. The apartments include all of the modern amenities,
including: garages, storage room, dishwasher, and a common laundry area and available
storage bays. Half of the units have washer/ dryer hookups.

Answers to Typical Questions
- Does the rent include utilities? - Water, Sewer, Garbage is included
in the rent depending on the number of tenants. Electricity is the responsibility
of the tenant.
- How do I apply for an apartment? - You need to submit a rental
application. You can either fill out the online form, request a copy of the application
via email or stop by the managers unit and pick one up.
- What are the move in costs? - First month's rent plus a $700 security
deposit
- Do you allow pets? - Sorry no pets allowed.
- Is a gargage included? - Yes, in fact a private one car garage
plus a private 10'x10' storage room is included in the rent for every apartment.
- Does the apartment have a washer/ dryer in the unit? - 50% of the
units have a washer/ dryer hookup and if you don't have a washer/ dryer one can
be provided to you for an additional monthly charge.
